I/We also understand that the student is expected to act at all times in accordance with the values and rules of the College and that serious breaches in this regard could lead to a cancellation of an enrolment.
1.5 I/We will work in partnership with the College in the best interests of our student and other students, both academically and in all other areas of development and understand the College will undergo Learning and Development Testing if deemed required to best support our student. I/We will also provide our student with all necessary books and other equipment of a personal nature that may be required to enable the student to benefit from the education offered.
1.6 I/We agree that the College Rules, Code of Behaviour and Policies may be altered or added to at any time by the College at its discretion.
1.7 The Executive Principal, or his nominee, has authority to apply whatever disciplinary measures are appropriate or necessary in relation to the conduct of the student, both inside the College and at outside College-related events. This includes behaviour whether inside or outside the College that might bring the good name of the College into disrepute and may include the decision to suspend/exclude/expel the student for any cause judged to be sufficient.
1.8 In this contract, the expression "Executive Principal" includes any person from time to time acting as Executive Principal or other staff members for the time being carrying out the duties or exercising the authority of the Executive Principal.

2.2 Should any fees or levies not be paid by the due date and no alternative plan agreed, then the College may, in its sole discretion, suspend or terminate the student’s enrolment at the College, withhold Academic Reports and take legal action to recover outstanding fees and levies. Such proceedings shall occur in Queensland.
2.3 I/We understand that all costs incurred from any debt recovery actions will be paid by me/us.
2.4 I/We agree to advise the College of previous or pending bankruptcy actions that would compromise the payments of College fees.
2.5 If the student is to leave the College, I/we will give 30 days written notice within Term time.

I/We understand that unacceptable parental/guardian conduct towards College Team or towards any Calvary Christian College family on College Grounds can put the ongoing enrolment of my child in jeopardy.
5. Privacy
5.1 The College is committed to protecting the privacy of all its members, and is bound by the National Privacy Principles contained in the Commonwealth Privacy Act. It collects personal and sensitive information to satisfy its legal obligations, to discharge its duty of care, and to provide appropriate schooling for your child.

This will always be in accordance with our Privacy Policy available on the Calvary Website.
5.3 A full copy of the College Privacy Policy is available on our website. Access to personal information held by the College will be granted to parents or students, except in cases where such access would have an unreasonable impact on the privacy of others, where students have provided information in confidence, or where access may breach the College’s duty of care to a student.

6.1 It is accepted that during her/his enrolment the student will live in the care and control of her/his family.

6.3 I/We will use our best endeavours to ensure the student will not be absent from the College without leave of absence, and that term dates as advertised will be adhered to. Students absent without leave being granted may forfeit credit for assignments missed during their absence.
6.4 I/We will use our best endeavours to ensure the student will be dropped off, and collected, in a timely manner to/from the College for each school day. I/We understand that early drop off/late collection places the student in a significant ‘at risk’ situation.
6.5 I/We have made full and frank disclosure of all information requested by the College in the Enrolment Application and are aware of our continuing obligations to keep the College informed of any changes which may affect the student’s wellbeing or progress at the College.
