All students must apply for each new academic year. Once applications are accepted, the lessons will automatically roll over for Terms 1 - 4, unless changes are requested.
New applications or any changes to current Creative Arts enrolments will NOT be accepted after the closing date for each term.

Conditions of Instrument Hire
The instrument at all times remains the property of Calvary Christian College and is issued on hire to the student subject to the following conditions:
• The instrument is to only be used by the student who has signed the hire agreement.
• Every care and attention must be given to the instrument during the period of hire. Any repairs required must be done through the College. Under no circumstances should anyone attempt to repair the instrument themselves or approach a repairer to carry out repairs.
• It is a requirement that the instrument is returned upon request at any time for inspection, or for any other cause.
• Loss of any instrument on hire must be immediately reported to the College and the loss will be at the expense of the hirer.
• Damage by the hirer resulting from other than fair wear and tear will be at the cost of the hirer.
• Consumable items such as broken strings or replacement reeds will also be at the expense of the hirer.
• Under no circumstances will the instrument be taken out of Australia at any time.
• There are to be no stickers placed on the instrument except at the instruction of the Tutor who may suggest placing a sticker for hand placement.
• Instruments must be returned if the student either leaves the Music Program or exits the College.
• Instruments must be returned on the last lesson attended in the current year for stocktaking and maintenance.
• For any instrument that is not returned, the full cost of the instrument will be charged to your school account.

Hire Fees
Alto Saxophone = $100 per term
Flute/Clarinet = $65 per term
Trombone/Trumpet = $65 per term
Cello = $95 per term
Violin/Viola = $55 per term
